My name is Kurt Christenson. I live in NYC. I’m a Virgo.

A few years ago I left a life behind me in suburbia and moved to the big city to live like a rockstar and make it in comics. Here’s to Ten Ton Studios and the next wave of creators that will change the face of fiction and art.

Along with Chris Chua I co-created a graphic novel called ‘Legend of Liquid Fury’ which is in the process of being lettered. As each section is completed we will be posting the pages online through TenTonStudios.com. We hope you enjoy reading it online while I work on the pages. It’s a black and white kung fu comic that walks the line of genius graphic design illustration and pulp action/adventure.

Among the other projects in development I have also been working on a novel called ‘The Tower of Brahma’ that chronicles a fictional parallel to my life over the past five years. It’s part journal, poetry, essay, all wrapped up in a novella/short story collection. In short it helps me makes sense of this world we live in and keeps me sane.
